Assistant Service Manager – Supported Living Team Leader

Mencap is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support four supported living services in Woking, Guildford and Cranleigh. This fixed-term role (six months) is 37.5 hours per week and focuses on service smooth operation and team development.

You will support the Service Manager with management tasks, inductions, risk assessments, medication audits, and payroll data while coordinating with social workers, families and other agencies to ensure high-quality care.
