VENTURE-PEOPLE LIMITED is hiring a Mental Health Support Worker to assist individuals in the first six weeks after discharge within a specialist DORS Team. Based in our discharge service, you will join a multidisciplinary team to support vulnerable clients and help prevent hospital readmission, with travel across Burgess Hill/Sussex.
