Housing Support Case Manager (Homelessness)

Two Saints in England is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Support Worker to lead on case management for clients and work within a team delivering housing and specialist support to help individuals stay safe and progress toward their goals.

You will assess needs, manage caseloads, liaise with local authorities and health services, promote independence, and maintain records in line with GDPR. A DBS check, driving licence and willingness to work nights and weekends are required.
