Job Description:
Enham Trust is seeking a Care Team Leader (Nights) in Andover to lead a dedicated night team, ensure high-quality person-centred care, and uphold CQC standards. The role includes delivering safe, dignified care and supporting residents to live as independently as possible.
The Night Team Leader will work 36 hours across 3 x 12-hour shifts, with shifts from 8:00pm/9:00pm to 7:00am. DBS check required and qualification in health and social care preferred.
