Scheme Coordinator — Lead Housing, Safety & Community

MossCare St. Vincent’s Housing Group Limited is seeking a proactive Scheme Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of a Later Living scheme. You will manage staff, deliver housing services, and ensure safety and compliance for residents.

You will supervise the scheme team, oversee allocations, income checks, wellbeing support, and partnerships with contractors and external agencies to promote tenant welfare and community engagement.
