Support Worker – Independent Living & Sleep-In Shifts

Codi Group, a not-for-profit organisation, is recruiting Support Workers for its Supported Living team in Ammanford, Wales. You will support three individuals to live independently, develop life skills, and participate in community activities.

The role involves day, evening, weekend, and sleep-in shifts in a 25-hour-per-week contract. We value compassion and dedication, and provide training and senior staff support in a friendly, community-focused environment.
