What you will do:

• Contribute to service user care plans and reports.
• Carry out tasks and procedures specific to the care environment, such as taking bloods, handling urine samples, and managing waste and spillages.
• Support and assist the clinical team, including independent prescribers, nurses, doctors, and prescribing facilitators.
• Help maintain stock levels and ensure work areas are clean, safe, and hazard-free.
• Record information and activities accurately, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
• Understand and apply principles of the cold chain as per policy.
• Assist in clinical audits when necessary.
• Provide health information leaflets to requests from service users and staff.
• Work in accordance with relevant legislation, best practices, and policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including clinical supervision and training.
