Outpatient Front of House Lead – Flexible Hours & Training

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Front of House Manager to lead the outpatient reception teams and ensure efficient patient flows in the main outpatient area.

You will train, support and performance manage allocated staff to embed Cerner Outpatient operational processes and maintain clean, welcoming waiting and clinical areas. The role does not meet visa sponsorship requirements; applications from those needing sponsorship will not be considered.
