CYP Crisis Clinician: Rapid Response & Recovery

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a CAMHS Crisis Care Practitioner to deliver rapid, child-centred assessment and risk management for CYP in crisis. You will work with senior clinical staff to ensure high professional standards across emergency, community and home settings.

You will develop holistic care plans, mobilise family and community supports, and coordinate referrals to specialist services as needed.
