Community Support Worker — Empower Independence

Minstead Trust in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred support in the community. You’ll help adults with learning disabilities maintain independence and work toward meaningful goals.

This part-time role covers Sundays 9am–6pm (20 hours) with additional hours negotiable. A full UK driving licence is essential; a DBS check will be conducted. Sponsorship is not available and your right to work in the UK must be demonstrated.
