Prison Health & Wellbeing Practitioner

The Forward Trust is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join the team at HMP Bronzefield in Sutton. You will provide recovery‑oriented health and wellbeing services to adults, addressing low‑level mental health needs and substance misuse within a multidisciplinary setting.
