Citizens Advice LeicesterShire is recruiting a Regional Navigator to guide people affected by the infected blood scandal through complex systems. You will be their main, trusted contact, offering practical advice and compassionate support across welfare, housing, and services.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, arrange peer support, manage referrals, and engage communities that may not access help. DBS check required.
