Advocacy Project Officer – HOPE (Hybrid, Flexible Hours)

Age Cymru is seeking a full-time Project Officer to support the HOPE Project across Swansea and the surrounding regions. The role focuses on coordinating advocacy, recruiting and managing volunteers, and delivering early-intervention objectives to help older people and carers participate in decisions that affect them.

The post is hybrid (home and office) with occasional travel, a 35-hour week, and a fixed-term contract to 31 March 2027.
