Health Visitor (SCPHN) – Family Public Health, Hybrid

Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic health visitor who holds or is working towards a SCPHN in Health Visiting. You will lead a family-centred public health approach, working with individuals, families and communities to improve health and reduce inequalities.

The role offers induction, training and a robust preceptorship, with hybrid working and NHS pension options; applications welcome from student SCPHNs due to qualify in September.
