Powys Shared Lives Officer – Carer Recruitment & Support

Powys County Council is seeking a role to support and review Shared Lives arrangements, ensuring compliance with the Wales Act 2016 and 2019 regulations. You will recruit, assess and mentor carers, manage referrals and oversee documentation to required standards.

The post requires strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and effective communication. You will work collaboratively with carers, individuals and professionals to deliver safe, person-centred care in Powys.
