Job Description:
Compass Community Limited is recruiting for a Night Time Residential Worker to support four boys under 11 in a four-bedded Learning Disabilities home. You’ll provide a calm night-time presence, read stories, offer reassurance and help start the day positively.
The role follows a 4 on/4 off shift with hours 21:30–07:30. We welcome experienced residential and youth workers or those with personal experience supporting children, with training and ongoing development provided.
