Compassionate Care Group is seeking a Team Leader to oversee support workers in our new children’s home in Salford, delivering trauma-informed care to complex children and young people, ensuring safety and positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a calm, flexible approach.
