Bank Support Worker: Help Adults Live Independently

Making Space in Lincoln is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help adults in Supported Living live as independently as possible. You’ll assist with medication, access to the community and everyday domestic tasks, delivering person-centred support with a friendly, compassionate approach.

No specific qualifications are required—on joining Making Space you will receive on-the-job training and opportunities to pursue further qualifications in Health and Social Care as desired.
