Housing Support Worker

BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to work across the Scarborough and Bridlington area.

You will be working with vulnerable people in helping them with support around housing applications, tenancies and job opportunities.

• To complete a support plan with each tenant detailing all elements of support required for their tenancy to be maintained – including any signposting required. This must be reviewed on a regular basis.
• To work alongside an individual in understanding how best to provide support through a thorough risk assessment process to highlight any risks to themselves, their tenancy, or others – this must be reviewed on a regular basis.
• To provide information, advice, and guidance to enable tenants to understand their responsibilities and support them to develop effective strategies to manage those responsibilities.
• Car driver is required
• Must have a vaild enhanced DBS
• Payrate- £13.60ph PAYE- £17.19ph UMB
• Mileage paid at 45p per mile
• 22.5 Hours per week temp ongoing Monday to Friday
