Care Team Leader/Deputy Manager

Team Leader / Deputy Manager – Residential Care Home.

Salary: £14.95 per hour as Team Leader / £15.50 per hour as Deputy Manager

Hours: Full-time, minimum 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join a residential care setting in a combined Team Leader / Deputy Manager role.

This is a full-time position of at least 37.5 hours per week, with a minimum of 12 hours per week working in the Deputy Manager capacity.

Working Hours

• Team Leader: 12-hour shifts, either 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am
• Deputy Manager: generally 8am–5pm
• Flexible availability is required to cover both aspects of the role.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months’ experience as a Team Leader in a residential care setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience supervising and supporting care staff
• Good understanding of person-centred care
• Flexible and reliable approach to working hours
• Ability to confidently take on both Team Leader and Deputy Manager responsibilities
