Youth Residential Support Worker – Empower Growth

Aberlour Child Care Trust in Inverness is hiring a Residential Worker to join our team. You will work 28 hours per week in a residential house offering care to up to five young people, supporting their daily activities, education, hobbies and personal development.

This role involves working evenings, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers as part of the residential rota. Aberlour provides training, generous annual leave and a supportive environment focused on safeguarding and wellbeing.
