Therapeutic Residential Care Worker (Trauma-Informed)

Esland Group is seeking a dedicated children’s residential care worker for The Moorings, a three-bedroom home delivering crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. This role supports young people with tailored activities and care plans.

Work involves 173 hours per month with long shifts 8am–11pm and sleep nights, over a 365-day rota. Induction training, progression routes, and a staff discount app are provided.
