Care Support Worker: Empower Lives & Independence

Peabody Community Foundation is seeking a Care Support Worker in Colchester to help people live independently and joyfully. The role involves supporting daily routines, encouraging hobbies, and being a kind presence.

No prior care experience is required; full training is provided. A full, clean UK manual driving licence is essential, with a 24/7 rota including overnights, weekends and bank holidays. Interviews will be held 26–28 October 2026.
