Residential Care Team Leader & Deputy Manager (Full‑Time)

Qualified Staff is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a residential care home in a combined Team Leader / Deputy Manager role. This full-time position requires a hands-on leader who can supervise staff and uphold person-centred care standards.

Sponsorship is available for the right candidate. Hours are 37.5+ per week with shifts for Team Leader (12-hour blocks) and Deputy Manager (generally 8am–5pm), requiring flexibility to cover both roles.
