Older Adult Mental Health Nurse – Caithness Community Care

NHS Scotland is seeking two Community Mental Health Nurses with Older Adult Mental Health experience to join the Caithness Community Mental Health team based at Town & County Hospital, Wick. The role covers adults over 65 or memory concerns, with responsibilities for assessment, care planning, and evaluation in partnership with clients, families and carers.

You will be part of an MDT, supervise students and Support Workers occasionally, and travel to work sites.
