Patient Flow & Transport Liaison Specialist

EMED Group is seeking a Patient Transport Liaison Officer (PTLO) for our Queen’s Hospital, Burton base. This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (37.5 hours/week) with a pay rate of £12.96 per hour.

The PTLO will bridge the gap between hospitals and the operations team, supporting patient flows, bed management, and escalation for their designated trust. You will participate in site and bed meetings and ensure timely patient movement across destinations.
