Senior Children’s Residential Care Champion

Esland Group in Buxton is seeking a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our Orchard Farm home. You will provide nurturing, therapeutic care and support our young people to achieve positive outcomes in a safe, homely setting.

The role requires a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a children’s residential care environment, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a full UK driving licence. You must be able to work 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep nights.
