Older Adult Community Mental Health Nurse (Caithness)

NHS Scotland invites applications for two Community Mental Health Nurses with Older Adult Mental Health experience to join the Caithness Community Mental Health team based at Town & County Hospital, Wick.

The role covers adults over 65 or memory concerns, including assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans with clients, families and carers, plus risk management and MDT involvement.
