Support Worker: Empower Independence & Flexible Shifts

Turning Point is seeking a Male Support Worker to join our 24-hour supported living facility in Stafford, providing care for adults with Learning Disabilities. You will support independence, assist with daily tasks, plan activities in and outside the home, and help residents develop life skills while ensuring safety and well-being.

The role requires flexibility for night shifts and some weekends within a 24-hour service.
