Lead Electrician, Housing Repairs & Compliance (Mobile)

Perth & Kinross Council seeks an experienced Time Served Advanced Electrician to join the Housing Repairs team. Based at Ruthvenfield Depot, Inveralmond Industrial Estate, Perth, you will operate as a mobile worker starting from your home address, covering locations across Perth and Kinross.

The role covers planned maintenance, emergency repairs, testing and preparing vacant properties for relet, with a 36-hour week (8:00-16:30 Mon-Thu, 8:00-13:00 Fri) and participation in an out-of-hours rota
