Production Labour Planner & Scheduling Lead

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Labour Coordinator to optimize production workforce planning and resource scheduling. You will ensure full coverage of all areas while respecting headcount budgets and KPI targets.

You will report to Production Managers and collaborate with BU leads to maintain accurate scheduling, skills verification, and TOIL/holiday tracking, using DLM systems to drive efficiency and cost control.
