SPX Cooling Technologies is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our UK Service Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in construction, maintenance, industrial, facilities or mechanical environments who enjoys practical, site-based work and wants to develop specialist engineering skills.

No cooling tower or electrical experience is required. We’ll provide full training and ongoing development opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out cooling tower cleaning and jet washing
• Assist with maintenance, repairs and inspections
• Support experienced technicians on customer sites
• Work safely using tools, access equipment and PPE
• Travel to sites across the UK with occasional overnight stays
• Complete training and develop technical skills over time

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a site-based, construction, maintenance or industrial role
• Practical, hands-on approach and strong work ethic
• Reliable with good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and in physically active environments
• Willing to travel, stay away from home and work overtime when required
• Full UK driving licence
