Fully Funded Eng Degree Apprentice — Auto Seating

Lear Corporation invites applications for a four-year Degree Apprenticeship starting September 2027. You will study for a fully funded BEng in Applied Professional Engineering at the University of Warwick while earning a salary with Lear’s Seating Development team.

You’ll rotate across engineering and technical functions, help design, develop and validate seating products, and gain hands‑on experience, learning from engineers and mentors.
