Hybrid Awards Assessor: Social Care Finance

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an organised Awards Assessor for the Income & Awards team. The role involves assessing care charges under statutory guidance, guiding customers on charging rules and local policies, and coordinating across departments for complex inquiries.

Part-time 22 hours per week with hybrid working; some office visits to Solihull may be required. Training is provided to support transition into financial assessment work for adult social care charging.
