Rent Recovery & Customer Support Officer

Wolverhampton Homes Ltd is seeking an Income Officer to join the Income Team. You will manage rent accounts, maximise income collection and support customers to sustain tenancies while adhering to policy and procedures.

You will handle a caseload, negotiate repayment agreements, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents. This role is primarily office-based with visits to communities in Wolverhampton.
