Debt Recovery Specialist — Proactive Negotiator

Booker Group is seeking a Debt Collector to join the Finance team based in Deeside. You will proactively manage and recover outstanding customer debt referred to Head Office, negotiating repayment arrangements to ensure timely resolution and avoiding unnecessary costs.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business, handle customer queries with a high level of service, and support the wider Debt Collection team with holiday or sickness cover as required.
