Energy Compliance & Quality Assurance Specialist

Northern Gas and Power in Gateshead is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to join the Services team. You will review and validate sales activity for regulatory compliance, consolidate contracts with customers by phone and email, and maintain controls that protect the business and customers.

You’ll work with a mix of structured compliance tasks and direct customer engagement, using CRM systems and MS Office to document findings and support management reviews.
