Depot Operations Lead: Service Excellence & Growth

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a Depot Operations Manager to lead the Northants/Leicester depot and work with the RSOM to deliver outstanding service to customers. You will supervise the Customer Service team and delivery drivers, manage day-to-day operations, hit financial and KPI targets, and ensure health and safety standards are followed. 40-hour week with some weekend work.

Salary circa £32,000 – £33,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits.
