Compassionate Personal Care & Community Support Assistant

Plymouth City Council is looking for caring, patient individuals to join a fantastic team providing at-home support to a lady with health needs. The role includes helping with dressing, personal care and accessing the community, with mornings and some additional shifts to cover sickness or holidays.

You will assist with daily routines, meals, light admin tasks, and accompany her to appointments and outings, supporting her to stay active and engaged within the community.
