Empowering Tenancy & Community Support Officer

Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation is seeking a proactive Tenancy Support Officer to help let homes, support new and existing tenants, and assist in managing tenancies while working with local communities to resolve anti-social behaviour.

The role involves safeguarding responses, recording outcomes, and collaborating with partner agencies. No prior housing background is required; training will be provided to develop tenancy knowledge and practical problem-solving skills.
