Employee Relations Advisor — Hybrid, Case Management Pro

Travis Perkins Plc is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to take ownership of ER cases and provide practical, commercially-aware HR advice across the Group. The role starts in Northampton at the Lodge Farm site, with training in the office and a transition to hybrid work (2–3 days in the office).

You will handle disciplinaries, grievances and long-term sickness cases, offering advice that is commercial, impartial and legally compliant. Weekend on-call cover is included.
