Student Wellbeing & Support Officer

Staffordshire University Academy is hiring a Student Support Officer to work within our pastoral team. The role involves supporting students on a range of programmes, both in small groups and one-to-one, to help them reach their potential inside and outside school.

The position is fixed to term-time plus inset days, 32.5 hours per week, with a pro-rata salary of £20,470–£20,794 and a permanent contract. Start date is 2 November 2026, with opportunities to contribute to safeguarding and welfare
