Education Trust HR Generalist & People Officer

Northern Lights Learning Trust is seeking a People Officer to join our team at the central offices in Seaham. You will work with the Head of People to deliver a proactive HR service across schools and the central team.

You will support recruitment, payroll coordination with a third party, and policy advice for Heads and senior leaders. The role requires CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience and excellent organisational skills.
