The Opportunity
You’ll receive hands-on training and support from experienced recruiters who really understand their market, with the opportunity to develop into a successful, high-billing consultant.
- Identifying and headhunting top talent across Software Sales and GTM markets.
- Building relationships with candidates and clients across the technology industry.
- Learning how to manage the full recruitment process, from initial conversations through to successful placements.
- Developing your commercial knowledge of the SaaS and technology landscape.
- Working towards becoming a specialist recruiter within a high-value, growing market.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re open to two types of individuals:
Recent Graduates: Ambitious, confident and commercially minded individuals looking to kick-start their careers in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required!
Junior Recruiters: Individuals with up to 2 years’ recruitment experience who want to move into a more lucrative, specialist market with better training, opportunities and long-term earning potential.
