Talent Acquisition Coordinator: End-to-End Hiring & Onboarding

JJ SEARCH LIMITED is a boutique recruitment firm seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its HR team in the United Kingdom. You will own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new joiners, maintaining the onboarding tracker in Workday and ensuring accurate candidate records across HR systems.

You’ll track activity, prepare reports on vacancies and pipelines, and support shortlisting, interview scheduling and decision-making with Hiring Managers and external suppliers.
