GMP Training Officer – Pharma Quality & Compliance

Talentmark are recruiting for a Training Officer to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer in Birmingham on a permanent basis. You will lead site-wide training, maintain the training matrix and ensure inspection readiness across the workforce.

You will deliver GMP induction, coordinate technical and behavioural training, maintain compliant records and support regulatory inspections and CAPAs where training is a factor. Strong organisation and communication are essential.
