Carer Support Officer – Hybrid Role with Community Travel

Involve Kent is seeking a Carer Support Officer to identify, support and empower unpaid carers across East Kent. The role involves helping carers access information, support, assessments, community resources and opportunities that improve wellbeing and sustain their caring role.

You will undertake statutory Carer’s Assessments on behalf of Kent County Council, understand carers’ rights under the Care Act, and ensure needs, outcomes and wellbeing are fully considered.
