  • Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience within an in‑house Talent Acquisition team, including proactive sourcing for specialist and hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Experience working in a similar Talent Acquisition or recruitment role, ideally within higher education, the public sector, or a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
  • Experience supporting a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

We’re excited to hear from candidates who are passionate about delivering an outstanding recruitment experience and committed to making a real impact at DMU.

If you care deeply about candidate experience, proactive recruitment and supporting a values‑driven university, we’d be delighted to receive your application.

This is a fixed‑term contract until September 2027.
