Fine Dining Junior Sous Chef – Lead in 3 AA Rosette Kitchen

Carden Park Hotel Ltd in Chester is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the fine dining brigade at The Vines Restaurant, a 3 AA Rosette award-winning venue. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes and support the senior chefs in a busy kitchen.

You will contribute to menu development, uphold food safety, and help manage stock and costs while mentoring junior team members. This is a full-time role with evenings and weekends.
