Empowering Young Adult Carer Support Officer – East Kent

Involve Kent is seeking a Young Adult Carer Support Officer to identify and empower young adult carers aged 16-24 across East Kent. The role involves helping carers access education, training and employment opportunities, and connecting them to community and peer supports.

You will drive to community and home visits, with hybrid work options and DBS clearance required. The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and offers 37.5 hours per week with 30 days leave plus bank holidays.
